Wow Capital specializes in helping medium-sized businesses realize their potential. Whether we participate as minority partners or the owners have entrusted us to lead the next stage of the company's expansion, we bring all our resources, both capital and human resources. The Wow Capital team has helped companies institutionalize, expand geographically, gain market leadership positions, and unlock margin efficiencies. We have done so as operators and as private equity investors.

CCRITERIA AND APPROACH

We approach companies with sales ranging from $25 million to $300 million that primarily operate in Mexico. The target companies are usually in the expansion/growth stage and have successfully commercialized their products or services, but need capital injection to modernize, expand, and consolidate in order to assume or strengthen a leadership position in their respective sectors. We seek to invest between $18 and $60 million dollars in a portfolio company.

Our investment may aim to finance growth, make additional acquisitions, consolidate minority shareholders, provide liquidity to owners, and/or finance leveraged buyouts (LBOs).

At Wow Capital, we like to partner with experienced business owners and management teams with clear strategic visions and compelling business plans. We ensure that the terms create a win-win situation for both partners and managers. We intend to jointly develop the company, respecting the operational responsibilities of it’s management
