We approach companies with sales ranging from $25 million to $300 million that primarily operate in Mexico. The target companies are usually in the expansion/growth stage and have successfully commercialized their products or services, but need capital injection to modernize, expand, and consolidate in order to assume or strengthen a leadership position in their respective sectors. We seek to invest between $18 and $60 million dollars in a portfolio company.

Our investment may aim to finance growth, make additional acquisitions, consolidate minority shareholders, provide liquidity to owners, and/or finance leveraged buyouts (LBOs).
